Inc. doesn’t take any credit for the goals of this organization, but sees it as a call of action from a person who gave unselfishly and unconditionally to those in the community who sees no hope and feels they have been forgotten.
The Founder of JCoCoding, Inc., does challenge the Coding community to respond to the call to help at risk communities understand they are important to the growth of this nation and the innovation behind the world of Coding.

What happens to a dream deferred?
Does it dry up
Like a raisin in the sun?
Or fester like a sore--
And then run?
Does it stink like rotten meat?
Or crust and sugar over--
like a syrupy sweet?
Maybe it just sags
like a heavy load.
Or does it explode?.
Where the women and minorities aren't.
Hit any tech event from South of Market to Santa Clara, and you see the same cast of characters. Scores of young white men in T-shirts and hoodies. A fair number of Asians and south Asians. A few Hispanics. Rarely blacks. And a smattering of women..
